LiveMemo provides an AI-powered service that transforms static photos into animated videos. Our service uses advanced machine learning technology to create realistic motion and expressions in your uploaded images.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You may not use another person's account without permission

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are required to generate videos
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Unused credits do not expire
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use LiveMemo to:

• Upload images you don't have rights to use
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of generating videos. Generated videos are owned by you, subject to our license to use them for service improvement.

7. Limitation of Liability

LiveMemo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
